Our property manager Sharon is brilliant.
Nothing is ever too much trouble, she's quick to sort out any issues with the property. Always finds us great tenants that are suited to our needs. She's always happy and manages to keep a sense of humour!

Sharon has been managing our property for 8 years. She's always getting repairs & maintenance done quickly, as well as regular rental inspections with photos emailed to us on the day. We've had 2 tenants over this period & as soon as 1st one left next one was in with no loss of rentals for us. Financial documents are emailed to us along with income deposited to our account, on time every time. Now we're renting a property through her for while & she's been just as helpful to us as tenants. Overall, you won't get a better property manager than Sharon.
